COMMISSIONED WORK & PORTFOLIO RIGHTS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sacred Beso retains the right to photograph, document, and share commissioned artworks and original pieces for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to, sharing images on social media, the website, and other promotional platforms.

This applies to commissioned works as well as original pieces from which prints or reproductions may later be created.

Clients purchasing commissioned work receive ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Sacred Beso unless explicitly transferred in writing.
