Frequently Asked Questions:
Are prints signed by the artist?
Yes! Every print is personally signed on the back by Sarah Besoaga, the artist behind Sacred Beso. Original artworks also include a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying their originality and value.
Can I return or exchange my print?
Because each print is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to process and ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are printed and prepared in-house and typically ship within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within a few days after shipping.
How should I care for my print?
To preserve your print, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, moisture, or high humidity. For added protection and longevity, we recommend framing your print behind UV-protective glass.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the type of artwork being shipped. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase, so you’ll always know the total cost upfront.
